Spring time

Misc.
I am putting on a Spring time buffet. I have a slightly warped sense of humor and decided to make it really "Spring"
App's will be "spring" rolls
One entree will be "spring" chicken with rotelle pasta (little springs)
Slinkys will decorate the table, etc.
I need another good entree idea. It wil be held on April Fools Day so just about anything goes!
Thanks
