Super Caramel Crunch Cake

I am looking for the recipe to make a super caramel crunch cake. It is
served in many restaurants. It is basically a three-layered meringue
and pecan crust with whipped cream and caramel as a filling between the
layers. If anyone has this recipe, I would appreciate a posting and/or an
