Nope - but I used to enter a lot of recipe and cooking
contests .... and when you do that you get used to doing a
lot of substituting (how else can you make a recipe
'original' and win a nice prize or trip?) and over the
years we'd had some doozies ... and some very good recipes!
Some that we'd rather not think about too! Hope some of
the ideas work for you.
