thanks for your help. so i should have drained the cottage cheese and squeezed out the spinach just one more time for good luck?

could i take the filling out of the pie shell, whirl it in the blender and use a cup or so at a time in quiche or on pizza with another, drier cheese? or somehow in a lasagne? or a scalloped veggie dish? i just hate to throw out good food, and The Frugal Swede would go plumb apopletic (GRIN)
