Misc.

Thanks for your kind words. I am glad I am an inspiration to you. I just like to
try new foods and so does my hubby. I hope my son takes after us. At the moment,
he eats a lot of mac n cheese, Cheerios and fruit. So maybe one day...

When I plan out the week, I take into consideration what we have on hand, what
we need, how interesting the recipe is and how long it takes to make. Everything
has to be able to be made within an hour. I have no patience for really long
recipes. Too many ingredients, too long to cook, too many steps - not for me.
Also has to be fairly low fat (once in awhile I cheat) and cheap to make. I am
glad I inspire you to try new ingredients and techniques. It is good to know
that. I just pick what sounds good to me and if it works for others - great.

Thanks for the kind words.
