Tofu is not low in fat...

Misc.

Tofu has a relatively high fat content. The fat to protein ratio is pretty high. Tempeh has a much lower fat to protein ratio and I do have a good recipe for a "chicken" salad sandwhich filling with tempeh if you'd like it.
