vaccuum packing bread products?

I just bought a foodsaver, and like it so far. My only concern is being able to freeze baked goods, I pre-made hamburgers, put them in the buns, wnating my kids to have individual portions. The vaccuum sucked the bun completely in, so now I'm trying to freeze them before sucking them. I hope it works. If anyone has any other tips I'm interested. Thanks, Sandie
