Vidalia Onions

Dear Sue, On the way to school the other day I noticed a sign was posted for taking orders for Vidalia Onions. The man is very active in community relations, and I think the charity was the Shriners. His name is LeRoy Wahl. 24570 Washington Avenue, Murrieta, Ca 92562 (909) 698-8081 I'm going to order today. I got a recipe from somewhere where you cook the onions down in a crockpot then freeze for future use. Dont remember where I saw it, maybe here!
I surf all over the kitchen nets. I'll post it when I come across it again.
