Re: ISO--Vidalia or Texas Sweet Onion recipes

Misc.

Hi Sue;
I bought a cookbook last year from Bland Farms where they grow the vidalia onions. It is called The Vidalia Sweet Onion Lovers Cookbook. I don't remember what I paid for it, but they have a toll-free number. 1-800-843-2542.
Don't know if they sell it in bookstores, but it does have an ISBN #
0-9652480-0-3. It might also be available at the library, the catalog card # is
96-96431
