Who is doing the grilling?

When my husband is in the grilling mood, this is what he does for vegetables:
He uses asperagus, halves of different colors of peppers, scallions, thick slices of onion, thick slice of potatos or use whatever you like. He will then put them into a pan and marinate them in olive oil, herbs (i.e., thyme, oregano, shake of garlic powder, soy sauce, hot sauce, or whatever) for an hour or so. You can also use sesame oil or any flavor oil you like for different veggies and flavors. He will NOT use peas, they don't work on the grill! Have a cool party. Ty
