Wonderful Med, You Did Yourself a Favor!

Misc.
Dear Med,

I just noticed the little drummer boy icon you put on your post...very clever indeed!!

You did yourself a great favor in making the cookies, they are delicious aren't they? I am enjoying one this morning with my coffee as I get ready to post my Christmas Menu for Breakfast and Dinner.

Once you make them, it is easy and it goes fast. Sometimes when I make them, I make the dough and refrigerate them (4 portions) for a few days until I can find the time to relax in the kitchen listening to a CD. As long as you put all the necessary items in front of you like a procession line, you are ready to go and it is quite a lot of fun.

I am so glad you made them Med, and we must thank Ina for contributing this delicious recipe in her book. I love all her books...all her recipes are to die for and so very yummy! I catch her show every day, she is a grand lady!!

Merry, Merry Christmas! Gina
