I printed out your posting for the soup, but now I've read thru everything and I must tell you how happy I am for such a delicious-sounding curry! Just the ticket for the upcoming winter weather here in Canada. Also, my DH loves pumpkin so he is in for a treat with the fritters. Thanks again, I can't wait to try these recipes.
