Dear June,

I appreciate your taking the time to bring up your results and I'm so happy I tried this recipe. I've love to hear how your (or anyone else's) future experiments with this turn out and if you can take any photos please send them to me (Betsy@Recipelink.com). I'm going to try making another batch and refrigerating it overnight after the first rise. I like to keep my old standby bread/pizza/bagel dough on hand in the refrigerator (I make that in the food processor) and this would be a nice alternate to have on hand. I was also thinking that making it in mini loaf pans (not filling all the way) would make nice soft sandwich rolls. And my top-of-the-muffin pan will probably work for hamburger buns. This will be a fun little project.

Happy Baking!

Betsy
