Yesterday and the day before were really nice here, but it's starting to get pretty warm today. Starting tomorrow, Western MA is in for a heat wave - 3 days or more with temperatures in the 90's, and the dew points in the 70's. Forecasters are expecting the heat index to be around 105. The terribly hot weather that's been in the Midwest was bound to arrive sooner or later. Our turn now:-(

The trout recipe of Emeril's is one of our favorites. I've made it more than a few times. The succotash is really good, too, and, the salad dressing is so good I could drink it.
