In our country, mostly pumpkin is used in desserts, but my niece makes a wonderful Italian vegetable dish using pumpkin wedges in a savory garlic butter, and I've come to love that dish -

Your recipe sounds delightful and I was wondering about the shrimp paste - where do you find that, and doesn't it add some fishiness to this??
