Zucotto at last

Thank you ever so much for the help. The Zucotto recipe sounds close enough.
The Cassata recipies are not the same, but sound yummy. I never dreamed that
the fillings could be nothing more than glorified whipped cream. I'll have to
invite someone and get cooking. thanks again.
