Thank you so much for your help. It's OK. I will live with "brown" lotus paste then!
Incidentally, you seem to know alot about making mooncakes. Do you have recipes for other types of fillings like: Black Sesame Paste; Durian Paste; Mango Paste; or even Winter Melon Paste ....
