Recipe(tried): Braised Beef with Tortellini

I was attempting to find Olive Garden's recipe, which I thought this was going to be close. Obviously I didn't notice that all of the tomatoes in this recipe before I made it. That should have put up a red flag. This is nothing close to what I was looking for, but was not bad tasting. Next time I will make a smaller quantity and take the tomato seeds out first.
