ISO: BUDDY's Minestrone Soup

Misc.
Please help!

We just came back from visiting family for a wedding and literally ordered takeout of Buddy's Margherita Pizza and their Minestrone soup.

It's just as good as ever; we used to cart 6 quarts and 4 pizzas back on our drive home to Philly after each visit.

It sure would save on gas money if we didn't have to make the round trip just to satisfy an intense craving!

Anyone have the minestrone soup recipe? I saw that an Amy had one, but that was almost a year ago...

TIA!
