Recipe(tried): Uncle Julios Rio Grande Cafe Queso Dip

This recipe was given to me by a former employee

UNCLE JULIOS RIO GRANDE CAFE QUESO DIP

1 1⁄2 lb American cheese (Not Velveeta)
3⁄4 cup diced white onion*
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 medium size diced plum tomato, seeds discarded
1 to 2 diced seeded Jalapeno(s)

Heat on low heat stirring constantly.

Note: Use fresh high quality chemical and preservative free ingredients. I personally recommend going to Trader Joe's if you have one in your area.

*I personally like to saute my onions.
