Recipe(tried): Pancho's Shrimp Vera Cruz Veracruz (ingredients and instructions, no measurements)

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
I worked at Pancho's and Shrimp Vera Cruz was my favorite and fixed it there often. Just made some today at home in fact.

Cooked rice
Frozen yet thawed precooked shrimp
A container of Pancho's Cheese Dip available at Walmart.

Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly.

Garnish if desired with chopped green onions.
