Recipe(tried): Tilapia Extraordinaire

TILAPIA EXTRAORDINAIRE

2 pounds tilapia fillets
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter, divided
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Mix flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Dredge fish fillets in that mixture and fry using all but 2 Tbsp. of the butter. If you need additional grease use good olive oil.

When fillets are done transfer to a serving dish.

Fry almonds in remaining butter 2 minutes or until golden and pour over fish.
