Recipe: Egg Cheese/Easter Cheese

Thanks for the recipes, I was looking for confirmation on the interesting concoction my mother got from a neighboring Mennonite lady. She suggested eating the egg cheese drowned in maple syrup, so I did. Tasted something like egg custard, but much harder and less sweet, the maple syrup however took care of that!.
