Recipe(tried): Rockwood Starlight mint surprise cookies - mint substitute

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
I have adapted the recipe by using dark chocolate "buttons" (available from most chocolate shops) and adding 1 tsp of peppermint extract to the dough.
