Lazy Man's Beef Sandwiches

3 lb beef pot roast
1 (16 or 24 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz) jar picante salsa

Place roast in crock pot and cover with sauce and salsa. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. When done, stir the meat around until it falls apart. Serve it ladled over toasted English muffins.
