Recipe(tried): Chocolate Cherry Cups

Chocolate Cherry Cups

6 oz chocolate chips
1 (8oz) cream cheese, whipped
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Melt chocolate chips over hot water or in microwave until melted. Carefully frost the insides of foil muffin cups with chocolate. Chill until firm. Whip cream until it starts to stiffen. Gradually add sugar and whip until thick. Put a small amount of whipped cream cheese (about 1-1 1/2 tsp.) into the bottom of each chocoate cup. Fill with cherry pie filling. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream.
