Recipe: Hershey's Chocolate Waffles

Breakfast and Brunch
HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WAFFLES

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk

Blend cocoa and melted butter until smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with buttermilk to cocoa mixture.

Bake in waffle iron. Serve warm.

NOTES: Serve with a scoop of frozen yogurt or ice cream &and your favorite topping such as cherry sauce, fresh strawberries or hot fudge sauce.
