Recipe: Albacore and Pasta Salad (using canned tuna and bottled Creamy Italian or Caesar dressing)

Salads - Potato, Pasta
ALBACORE AND PASTA SALAD

8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) uncooked macaroni (spirals, elbows or shells)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed in colander
1 (12 1/4 oz.) or 2 cans (6 1/8 oz. each) Starkist Solid White Albacore Tuna in spring water, drained
1 cup chopped red onion or white onion
1 cup bottled Creamy Italian or Caesar Dressing
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper or celery (for garnish)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional, for garnish)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain by pouring over broccoli in colander and rinse with cool water.

Add Albacore, onion, dressing, pepper and carrot and toss gently. Top with bell pepper and olives.

Makes 6 servings
