Recipe(tried): Low Fat Version of Cracker Barrels's Hash Brown Casserole

I've heard nothing but raves on this recipe so I searched the copy cat link and found the recipe. I changed it to cut down on the cal and fat.
2 lb Frozen Hash Browns (I found low fat brand)
1/2 C Melted Light Margarine
2 Cups Light Cheddar Cheese
1 can Heathly Request Cream of Chicken Soup
Low Sodium Salt and Pepper to taste

Thaw hash browns

Mix together Soup, Margarine, Cheese, Salt and Pepper. Stir in thawed hash browns, pour into 9X13 pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Cook in 350 oven for 35 minutes.

Even my husband and kids loved this and they had no idea it was all reduced fat ingredients!
