Recipe(tried): JUne, Here are Some Yummy Bread Recipes for the Machine....

Breads - Bread Machine
Hi June,

Here are some of my favorite bread recipes for the machine. Mine is DAK Turbo Baker IV and it is a great machine. It makes 2 lb. breads.

Applesauce Bread

1 pkg. yeast
2 1/4 c. bread flour
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 t. salt
4 T. white sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
2/3 c. warm applesauce
1 T. butter
1/2 c. warm apple juice
1/2 c. grated fresh apple

Use all ingredients at room temperature. Put all ingredients in pan in order listed, select white bread and push start.

Maple Oatmeal Bread

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. Quaker oats
3 c. bread flour
1 t. salt
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 T. veg oil
1 1/4 c. plus 1 T. very warm water

Put all ingredients into pan in order listed, select white bread and push start.

Spaghetti Bread

1 pkg. yeast
3 c. bread flour
1 T. sugar
1 t. garlic salt
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 t. dried Italian seasonings
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 c. warm water

Add all ingredients in the pan in order listed. Select white bread and push start.
