Recipe: 5 Minute Double Layer Pie (using pudding and Cool Whip)

5 MINUTE DOUBLE LAYER PIE

1 1/4 cups cold milk
2 packages (4-serving size each) Jell-O instant pudding & pie filling chocolate flavor, lemon flavor or other flavor
1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided use
1 crust (6 ounces or 9 inches) prepared graham cracker crumb crust or chocolate pie

Beat milk, pudding mixes and 1/2 of the whipped topping in medium bowl with wire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Spread in crust.

Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer in crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings
