Into a large microwave safe bowl, 4 cups of powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla, Stir well, and place 1/2 cup ( 1 stick) of margarine on the top. Microwave on high (100%) for just 2 1/2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (this is optional).Mix well, and place into an 8x8 inch pan that has been lined with wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. to make white fudge, do not add the cocoa, Candied cherries may be added. Dry ingredients, may be sieved.
If trying 1/4 of receipe, use 100% in the microwave, and 2 minutes.
This has been brought to my attention, that milk was left out the first time that this was posted, back in November.
Please feel free to contact me, if you have any questions. We like it. It is a sugary rush in short order. have fun.
