Recipe: African Dinner

African Dinner

2 lbs cubed round steak
1 large can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 large can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
garlic and onion to taste
Flour and brown meat.
I use a crock pot...thicken with a little flour and add soups and cook about 4 to five hours.

Then the fun part comes in
Chop:
green onions
tomatoes
black olives
pineapple tidbits
cashews
shredded Monterey jack cheese

Put a healthy portion of rice on your plate and then add some meat sauce...then what ever toppings you want. I love them all...a little sour cream makes the end of it....a great dish for big crowds.
