8 ounces uncooked pasta
8 ounces broccolini, baby broccoli or broccoli florets

1/4 cup chopped onion or shallots
1 package Knorr Alfredo sauce mix

Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt Butter Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender.
Stir in Knorr Alfredo sauce mix blended with milk and cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon juice. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and broccolini. Serve, if desired, with lemon wedges and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
