CREAMED SPINACH
2 cups milk
1 package Knorr Recipe Classics Leek Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
1 package (16 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
In medium saucepan, combine milk and Knorr Recipe Classics Leek Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in spinach and nutmeg. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
SOUPER STUFFING
2 packages Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
4 cups water
1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread
1 package (14 to 15 oz.) bread stuffing mix.
In large saucepan, bring the soup mix, water, and butter spread to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix.
Spoon into 3-quart casserole and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot.
