I used to make an ambrosia years ago. Cut up oranges,(no peel), mix with coconut, mini marshmallows, marashchino cherries. Sprinkle powdered sugar over it and stir. Let sit in fridge for an hour or so. The juice from the oranges disolves the powdered sugar.
