Recipe: Apple-Sausage Baked Pancakes

Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake

Servings : 4

8 ounces brown-and-serve link sausages
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped pared apple
maple syrup

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 8x8-inches. Brown sausages as directed on package. Beat baking mix, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth. Stir in apple. Pour into dish. Arrange sausages on top. Bake until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Serve with syrup.
