Recipe: Artichoke Dip

Date: 11/16/2000
Author: Ginny
1 can artichoke hearts in water (not oil!)
1 can diced green chiles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Drain and coarsely chopped artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together in a glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, crudites or crackers. (I *always* double this recipe - it goes very fast)
