My recipe doesn't call for BBQ sauce but the sauce is similar.
2 cans whole water chestnuts
1 pkg. of bacon cut in thirds
Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire
Wrap chestnuts with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350F for 25 min. Drain grease. Cover each with sauce and bake 20 more minutes. Makes about 45.
Yummy!!!
