Recipe(tried): Baked Salmon par Excellence'

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Baked Salmon par Excellence'

This recipe is quite similar to a dish served at Leverocks in Anna Maria Island, Florida. Very elegant served with baked asparagus and a salad of spring greens.

Prepare either Salmon filets or salmon steaks by making a paste of:

one part mayonnaise
one part Grey Poupon mustard
drizzle of honey

Mix well and spread this mixture over salmon.

Crush French Fried Onion Rings and press into mayonnaise mixture.

Bake in hot oven 425.for exactly 20 minutes.

Have your accompanying foods ready to go, it should be served immediately when done.

If, by chance, you some leftover it is wonderful the next day topping a nice mixture of greens, add some pecans too.
