Baked Stuffed Sweet Onions

Sweet onions, peeled and left whole
For each onion:
1/2 teaspoon chicken flavor Better Than Bouillon(bouillon paste)
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove peeled garlic
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400.Scoop out some of the center of each onion(a melon baller works)Cut onion 1/3 of way down from the top first one way and then the other (criss cross). Put each onion on a piece of foil big enough to enclose the whole onion. Fill cavity of each onion with Better Than Bouillon,cheese,oil,garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Wrap each tightly in foil and balke 1 1/4 hours, until tender.
