BANANA NUT BREAD
2 1/2 tbsp butter/oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
1/4 cup sugar
Put all the ingd. in order in the breadmachine and use quickbread or cake setting or regular setting for 1 lb loaf
