Recipe(tried): Holiday Cake (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
This is my daughter's favorite. All the while we were setting up the breadmachine and while it was baking. All I heard was, "Mom, you really are losing it now, you went loco in the cavesa Mom. Well, here it is.

Spray bread pan with cooking spray first. Making sure to get the bottom and sides of the breadmachine pan.

Holiday Cake

1 box of cake mix of your choice (except Angel food)
In bowl make mix following directions on the package.
Mash and add into bowl:
1 cup bananas

Pour into breadmachine pan.
Set for batter bread or cake cycle.
When done, let cool in machine for about 1 hour. Take out of machine, and continue to cool on rack.

The bananas give it the sweetness, so no frosting is needed.
