Recipe: Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding:

2-3 bananas sliced
1 box "Nilla" wafers
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

In medium saucepan mix sugar, flour and eggs until smooth. Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool. Line bottom and sides of Pyrex dish with "Nilla" wafers. Layer pudding, banana slices, pudding and more bananas. Garnish with vanilla wafers on top. Great after refrigerated for a couple hours.
