BEA'S STRAWBERRY BREAD
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans.
Beat together strawberries, sugar, oil, and eggs; set aside.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix into strawberry mixture just until combined. Stir in pecans. Divide batter between prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves
