Recipe(tried): Beef and Pickle Roll Ups

I enjoy your recipes and after reading your latest posting I thought I'd send you this recipe. I love the beef dip you made yesterday and also Claussen pickles. This is a combination of both.
Spread slices of Buddig beef with cream cheese. Roll whole Claussen pickles up in the beef starting at an end. Each pickle takes two slices of beef with cream cheese, starting at opposite ends so the whole pickle is covered. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then slice in pinwheels before serving.
