Recipe: Best Banana Bread

Best Banana Bread
Delicious and easy

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Mash bananas, adding sour cream and baking soda. Beat into egg and sugar mixture. Combine flour, baking powder salt, and slowly add to batter. Bake in a 5x7-inch greased loaf pan 35 minutes in a 350 oven.
