Recipe(tried): Best Egg Salad

Best Egg Salad

I don't eat egg salad very often but when I do ,this is the recipe I use. It is absolutely delicious.

3/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c sour cream
3 T dijon mustard
1/4 t paprika
12 hardboiled eggs,peeled and chopped
8 oz. thick bacon,cooked crisp and crumbled
6 scallions,chopped
2 T white horseradish
salt
pepper

Whisk mayo,sour cream,mustard,and paprika. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.

Makes enough for 8 sandwiches.
