BEST EVER CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 1/3 cups milk chocolate chips (any flavor chips will work)
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
Melt and cool chocolate chips.
Beat butter until fluffy. Beat in melted and cooled chips. Gradually beat in powdered sugar then the milk. Beat until fluffy.
