Recipe(tried): Best Ever Spareribs

First time that I have posted. Felt this one was definitely worth sharing. Really have enjoyed many many great recipes. Original recipe calls for 5 lbs of ribs but I have used a lot less and it works.

Best Ever Spareribs

5 lb. regular rack spareribs or country spareribs.
1 large bottle Bar-B-Q sauce
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Place spareribs into roasting pan, one layer deep. Salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Bake spareribs without sauce in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and pour off fat. Pour on mixture. Save a small amount for basting later. Bake covered for 1 hour. Place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, turn on grill and barbecue, basting with sauce often. Serve hot and crispy. Takes time, but well worth it.
